How To Help or Take Action Now:

Several factors have to come into play during the impeachment process and it can be quite a lengthy and time consuming ordeal.

We've determined that Federal Judge Christopher C. Connor has committed high crimes and misdemeanors which justify the need to have him removed.

Currently, we are working on drawing up the charges. We already have plenty of them, but now is the time to come forward if you've got some information to share. You can do so, even anonymously if you wish. Contact us via email, or go over to the Journal of Atrocity where you can leave a comment, create a real or an anonymous account, or use one of our guest accounts to leave a post of your own.

Impeachment is not intended to be used by those who disagree with a public official's decisions. However, if you have become a victim as a result of negligence or he failed to uphold his duties as a sworn official which resulted in an injustice against you or someone you know, we need to hear about it.

Although quite cumbersome, the more evidence we can collectively gather, the more weight our case against Judge Conner will carry.

FOR THE IMPEACHMENT OF Judge Christopher C. Conner,

COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, (insert) Judge's County, PENNSYLVANIA

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania State Constitution and Article V1--PUBLIC OFFICERS (Power of Impeachment -- section 4.), (Trial of Impeachment Section--5.), and (Officers Liable to Impeachment--Section 6.); and Article V, Section 15 [Tenure of Justices, Judges and Justices of the Peace], and Section 17 [Prohibited Activities--Subsection (b)], and Section 18 [Suspension, removal, Discipline and Compulsory Retirement]-- Subsection (d): paragraph (5).

To investigate the charges made and brought hereunder by the undersigned Petitioner against The Honorable Christopher C. Conner, Judge of the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania, as more fully set forth in the Petitioner's Affidavit in support of this Petition, attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth, implicating Judge Christopher C. Conner of malfeasance, nonfeasance and felonious conduct in office so sadistic that it strikes at the very heart of the American justice system; further implicating his failure to uphold his sworn duties as protector of the Constitutions of the United States of America and the State of Pennsylvania, and the laws of the State; and implicating his decisions to the contrary of said public policy in his official capacity as a Middle District Court of Pennsylvania judge as violation of statutory and constitutional protections and liberties; and,

When warranted, to indict said Honorable Christopher C. Conner for malfeasance, nonfeasance and felonious conduct in office, and to bind him/her over for trial on impeachment from office in the Senate of the State of Pennsylvania at the earliest possible time.
